Hippo or hippopotamus is the third largest type of land mammal found only in sub-saharan Africa. Their sweat is red color that make many people think that hippo is sweating blood. With estimated population around 125.000 hippos, they are identified as vulnerable species and threatened by war, habitat loss and poaching for their meat & ivory canine teeth.
