Found this image on Pinterest. It has no credit for the designer (bad practice! Always remember to give the designer credit), usually I pass this kind of image, but this one too good to let it pass. This photo manipulation is so great, but I prefer if it look more cartoony. Oh, maybe add cute fish head too.
